Jose Barroso aka theypsilon has just released a fork of “Mr. Fusion”, which is the best installation tool for creating a MiSTer MicroSD card. The fork’s only change is the inclusion of Jose’s update_all, which saves you a step during the first MiSTer configuration. Everything else is the same, making this a great way to save a moment during initial MiSTer installs (or re-installs). I personally think this fork is a great idea, as the original Mr. Fusion can still exist safely, without any concern over any of the automatic downloading that update_all provides. And on the flip side, having a version of the installer that saves someone a step is always a good thing. So this is one of the many examples of how proper use of open source software can benefit everyone!
